Does anyone have any knowledge of supps that lower cholesterol? My total cholesterol is usually 201 to 205 and it would be nice to get it below 200. The statin drugs are out of the question for me, as the liver is damaged by them over time. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Another popular cholesterol-lowering supplement is red yeast rice. Hope this helps bro

you could use red yeast rice, it's similar to a statin.

you do realize you could take a low intensity statin for a brief period and then alter your diet and exercise to change your cholesterol profile with out impacting hepatic function.
