I just have to warn you - you might not be used to a board like this - where members actually *compliment* the progress of other members, and due to the make-up of the membership, you can actually get scientifically based opinions and information - quite different from the bro-science and alpha-male one-upmanship of some other boards.

Welcome to the board! ... as Doc said to... I'd like to add... anyone can put anything in their body because "their friend does that too and he got huge..." but truly understanding the affects of each of the components you are thinking about trying... and then having a supportive crew that may or may not have tried those different things... gives real life experience to compliment or argue against the different things you read... there's a LOT of good material here... if the search button seems too overwhelming at times... you can ask a simple question, and one of the veterans of the board might have a quick and easy thread to bump up to help you out... use the search!! it is absolutely THE BEST TOOL on here because there are A TON of examples, definitions, pictures, and articles that will go with each topic... but if you need an easier explanation.. just ask.. and you shall receive.. it's a great board.. and look forward to helping ya out.
Thanks again everyone. I haven't posted or contributed much since signing up but every question I have, I have searched and found the answer so far and the support and respect is really appreciated. I'm learning a lot and hope to contribute more
