#1 - What your scale lbs read everyday?
#2 - What % of body fat you have?
#3 - How much you can lift in the gym?
#4 - How you look in the mirror?

In my case these all have come importance....so I decided to rank them (most important to least important)

2 and 4..........I could give a rats ass about being able to lift heavy....I am in the volume game
 
I definitely go with how I look in the mirror and how much I can lift. Those things people can see and judge you by. No one knows your body fat % or what the scale says. But, they see how you look and how much you can lift.

4. Vanity is the only reason I lift. I'm just being honest. I don't care how much I can lift, as long as I look like I can lift alot.
