I definitely go with how I look in the mirror and how much I can lift. Those things people can see and judge you by. No one knows your body fat % or what the scale says. But, they see how you look and how much you can lift.
4. Vanity is the only reason I lift. I'm just being honest. I don't care how much I can lift, as long as I look like I can lift alot.
