If I have time because of my job and I work out. Wry earley 7 eggs 8 oz red meat and sweet tatter if I don't have time 100 g ISO whey and 100 g vitatgo v2 then a hr or so later a small protein carb meal
After my post workout shake either Waffle House All Star Breakfast with a couple extra eggs bacon and sausage gravy on my hash browns hahaha... only on my cheat meal though and this is not weekly!
my Fav go to has always been ISO whey mixed in h20 with peaches and cream flavored oats Or if I am not in a rush Whey mixed with h20 poured over bowl of fruit loops.
