How often do you have a cheat day?

I am in the process of cutting and almost all of my meals are clean (i.e. grilled chicken, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, whey protein, skim milk, lean red meat). I realize I should have more veggies and fruits, and I will down the road. I am not counting calories at this point. Instead, I am just eating clean and keeping the carbs relatively low. The fat is coming off at a consistent rate and I plan to keep this method until I plateau and then I will add a little cardio and begin keeping count of my overall calories.


My current weight is 240lbs with a plan to get down to 215. I project, I should be there in about 12 weeks if I keep my current pace. Any recommendations in terms of cheat day frequency? I haven't had a cheat day in about 3 weeks.
 
Skim milk and fruit..... and i dont think its a cheatday but everyone is different and theres tons of different ways to diet.
 
When I go into either pre-contest or fat reducing mode, I dont have a cheat "day" more a cheat meal. Until I'm happy w/my BF levels, I keep the cheat meals to once in a blue moon, but when I'm somewhat happy with where I'm at, I usually have one clean cheat meal a wk, (ie salmon) then one dirty meal (pizza, burger, whatever) per week. Either way I'm not comfortable with entire day of cheating, hence the one meal
