Hey brothers,

New guy to the forum here, but not so new to this journey of pain and gains.
I'm Gunther, 29 years old, originally from Brazil, been living in Los Angeles, CA, for 7 years now.

Skinny and scrawny when I was growing up, I've been training since I was 17, but only realized how much it would take to reach my dreams about 3 years ago, when I started taking this as my priority and making everything else revolve around it (a lot of you know what I'm talking about).

In September 2014 I started coaching with 3J from 3J nutrition and I can only tell how much better life is having some professional guidance instead of the so tiring "trial and error" method. At that point I was 180lbs, relatively lean but seemed so distant from where I wanted to be.

Well over a year and two cycles later (First cycle Test Only, Second Cycle Test/Deca) I proudly stand at 220lbs and preparing a big bulk for this coming Winter. It will definitely be my first big cycle and I decided to sign up to make a log and share with you all this 24 week journey.

Meanwhile I will try to get acquainted and participate as much as I can in the forum to share the little (but growing) knowledge about AAS and training.

Hope to be in touch with you all soon!

Gunther

Hey yellow snow,

It's going to be a 24 week ride:
1-24 800mg Test E (might go to 1000mg at 16-24 wk)
1-16 800mg NPP (was gonna do Deca for the frequency of pins, but got these for free so be it ;))
1-6 50mg Dbol ED
16-24 150mg Tren A EOD
8-24 500mg primo
8-24 500mg masteron

Also going for 6iu GH during the whole journey.

Adex starting at .25 EOD but playing it by ear, increasing if necessary as I go.
Same thing for prami .25 2x week, going up to .25 EOD if necessary.

Let me know your thoughts. I'm stoked!

Gonna donate blood a couple of weeks from now and get bloodwork two weeks after.
If bloods are GTG, let destruction begin :)

I will make sure to create a LOG so you all can follow my progress and give me feedback.

Hey brother, thanks again for the welcomes.

yellow snow and Mountain Man, yea this is my first big run. I'm pretty excited about it. The first two were really smooth, i reacted really well to Test and Deca, no issues at all. It helps I had a good product in hand and also some great guidance as far as nutrition and building my cycle goes.

Diet and training have been religious for a while now and I recently started working from home which is the biggest blessing I could have, since now I have a good amount of free time on my hands and a lot of schedule flexibility to prep fresh meals and train whenever is the most convenient. Also no more stress of commuting = more time to rest and more peace of mind.

So all that made me confident it's a good time to get this going. Hopefully bloods will look 100%, last time I got (about 3 months ago) everything was good, except for Hematocrits which were a bit elevated (53 - Cutoff is 52). But I've donated blood once after that and will donate again next week, so I'm hopeful it will have brought it down :)

Anyway, thanks for all your input!!!

Gunther

Gunther Welcome to MC, best board out there hands down, cycle looks good and blood work is a great idea, definitely going in the right direction, best of luck, lot of guys here that have experience to contribute.

Charlie you're spot on. I'm originally from Paraty, a small beach town one hour away from Rio. Beautiful place but super quiet. Now Im living in LA, quite the change huh?
