Lee Priest sets and reps

Like a lot of people I'm a fan of Lee Priest and I have been watching some of his vid of late. I know that he does up to 20 sets per body part doing 4 exercises for 5 sets each for either 6-8 reps or 10-12 reps. Although his vids show him training they don't show the full workout nor make it quite clear how he does his sets.

My question is when Lee does 5 sets of an exercise are the first few sets warm ups followed by 2-3 work sets or does he do a few warm-ups followed by 5 work sets?

Welcome Stayhungry, I'm a fan of Lee Priest but I would never try and follow his training protocol or that of any pro. He is an elite athlete on a superhuman amount of "supplements". His job is or was to eat, train, sleep and grow. That is not normal. Whats your situation, we can guide you in the right direction. We have some great trainers around here. Talk to Freight Train. Or simply let us know your situation, years of training, eating habits, cycles and on. Bodybuilding is 80% what you eat, your nutrition
.
To answer your question when I talk about a set I am speaking about work sets. I believe that is the norm. Warm up sets are a given.

Again welcome, it is good to have you here!
