Pressers Movie Review for...."The Revenant"" with DiCaprio

Ok for those interested this movie "The Revenant" with DiCaprio is on www.Movietube.ms free and it will be listed as a cam but its really a dvd or hd copy, I guess they listed it as Cam, so they didnt have hollywood come after them since they had it on their site at movietube.ms before it even hit the big screen here lmao! The copy came straight from FOX, so someone is in trouble lol,


Anyways, movie was solid, and for free while in theaters made it fucking awsome! lol.

Tom Hardy is great in it, as he is in all his movies, Wife and I are Big fans of his, and him and dicaprio were awsome in this!

i give it a solid 7-8 out of 10, and beings its free , i give it a 10 out of 10!!

What did you like about it?

I saw it in a theater, so no advantage of freebies. The cinematography was great, but the plot seemed simple and predictable, the good guy, bad guy, and victim seemed onvious from the start, and it was LOOOOOONG.

The set of movie tropes used in the 2hours between bad thing and finale felt like someone opened the book of 'every bad thing possible' and shoved them in - could easily jave cut an hour out of that.

Not a bad movie, but felt more like a 5 than an 8 to me.

i liked the setting and time period, and liked how it made you think just how hard the old days were, sure theres not much a movie can do anymore besides the basic plots, but the setting was great time in history, and we wouldnt be here had we not of conquered this land and worked our asses off. Thats what i liked, I liked the will of a man to find a way to live against all odds. Maybe im just a little older and think of these things when watching movies instead of some of the younger guys who want to see things go boom, things go fast, and thing fucking.

As for it being too long, i cant say for certain as i broke the movie into two days cause i had to go to bed lol 9pm comes fast, lmao

But yeah it was a good movie, and i dont think they were tryingt o be unpredictable lmao , nor try to trick us with twists and turns, you knew what was likely coming yes, and it just made ya think how the fuck did they deal back then and how the hell would i deal lmao

and did someone really climb into a fucking horse carcass to keep warm lmao, and would I, and the answer is hell yeah!

I liked how it was shot, but it just seemed to be more over-the-top than 'how things were back then' to me.

As a family man, I was also uncomfortable with how those events unfolded - and that might be my actual issue with the movie - putting myself in his position and wanting to see justice done a lot sooner than 2 hours later in the movie.

things werent just that bad, they were far worse, we really torched Indian Villages, They really Scalped us, Pelts were the Gold of the area. So i dont think it was over the top in terms of how things were back then, However.....lol, I think DiCaprio surviving so much might have been over the top, lol,Case in point.... Him and the Horse over the cliff lol, but overall life fucking sucked back then brutha
