damn you food poisoning

Went to bed last night after eating some mussels at 223lbs lean and at lunchtime today I'm at 215lbs !!
Anyone know if this is normal ? lol

bro, ive had food poisoning once in my life, and I honest to GOD thought i was on my death bed, and really thought this is it, im going to die lol, no BS! I couldnt even get out of bed for 2 days aside from throwing up!

if you have poisoning brutha, i am super sorry about that, as its NO JOKE!

as for 8lbs over night, yeah totally normal man, lol so how did you lose the weight? front , back or both lol

lol! I only puked once today just haven't eaten. Tried to go the gym did 20 mins on the bike stopped and got really cold, then hot, then cold..... Checked my weight and ordered pizza to try and get calories in my system

I dont know man, maybe there are varying degress to food poisoning, idk, all i do know is my food poisoning was so bad, no way i would be able trying the gym out the next day, or even get online a type, lol, i mean thats the food poisoning i know, and wouldnt wish that on my worse enemy!

Much better thanks bro. Couldn't eat anything that day but the next day I ate 8 meals so my weight is back around 220 ����
