Ive been one to always say the weekends are my days off...off from work off from the gym off from study off from everything. A time to relax and enjoy myself.... as i get older weekend training especially first thing in the morning has turned into my rest my relax my time to enjoy myself...seems to be nothing i enjoy more than getting up early while the family is a asleep cooking up a large breakfast eating half of it while i enjoy my coffee and some muscle chemistry before going to smash out a 2 hour workout...then come home to a just woken up family and continuing my breakfast... best feeling ever.
