lowering Test levels

okay guys my test levels came back at 399 i need to be below 300 to get my script... i did bloods on may 13 after 3 weeks of coming off short esters test p tren a and mast e...before that i blast and cruise at 500 mg and 200 mg test e weekly... doing bloods again june 9 and need to lower test levels ...pct all i did was 20 mg a day nolva i just stopped that.. before you guys start i know how to pct i just wanted to get a legit script for test so i wanted to be low. i am taking lingandrol now but i don't think that will affect test levels.. Not sure, I'm kinda new to allot of this. Maybe you can cheat on your diet. An uptake of shitty sugars and salt. You may also try to deprive yourself of some sleep. Eat more processed foods. I have read that all of those things reduce/prevent healthy test levels. Don't take my word though, just pitching out ideas.

Well got my test levels back after the second test levels were bottomed up this was 7 weeks off after 18 mos on test level was 118... First test was 4 weeks off I was at 399 also estrogen was high on second test and free test was at 13... So doc still wanted me to do another test but I was so tired I told him I had already started back so I'll go back in 6 mos and test again .... I will stay off for 7 weeks this time before I test and hopefully he will go ahead and rite the script ... I may call another doctor and see if they will go ahead and write me a script off the test I have
