So I haven't posted on here in a while so hey everyone. So, getting ready for my show, I decided to run t3 for the first time and after all of the research and talking to other guys at the gym I decided on 100mcg ED. 4 weeks in, my heart one day after lunch just started going crazy and honestly only because my girlfriend told me to, I went to the emergency room. There they put me on some stuff to slow my heart rate down (it was sporadically ranging between 90 and 170) and blood thinners. Then they told me it was atrial fibrillation. The doc said he's seen this from people with overactive thyroids (hyperthyroidism) but never someone who induced it through exogenous hormone intake, lol. I was in the hospital for about 24 hours before my heart rhythm went back to normal. The doc told me that I could have had a heart attack, stroke, or a number of other life threatening scenarios. Mind you, I just turned 35 and have never had any problems as simple as the flu let alone heart issues! Anyway, if you run T3, just be careful guys and learn from my mistake. If I ever add it back in, you better believe it will be at half the dose and probably EOD. Anyone else ever dealt with anything like this?
