This is my first thread and I would like some useful advice.

Im 54 - 6ft 2" - 74kg and work from home on my computer all day and about 12 weeks ago I thought enough is enough - I want to get in serious shape.
I completely changed my diet and eating habits and now have a 100% clean lean diet plan.
I joined a gym and for 10 weeks Ive been on 30mg of Winstrol & Anavar a day (Oral Tablets) - I work out hard 4 days a week Mon-Tues Thurs-Fri and the results have been dramatic!
I look lean and reasonably cut for an aging beginner! - my Body Fat is down from 19.6% and now sits at 8.2% and I feel great - frustratingly I cant yet see my Abs but have realized that not doing ANY cardio was probably a mistake that I've now rectified (last week) so heres hoping.

Ive got another 2 weeks of my Oral Course left and then I switch to a course of Pharmachem PCT for 12 weeks (I think?) - my question is - What Next?

I want to bulk and grow lean muscle over the winter and am coming to terms with fact I might need to start injecting (but injecting what & how often)?

Testosterone seems to be the direction to go for someone in my age bracket but would welcome any serious advice before I take the leap.

I would like to inject as fewer times a week as possible if Im honest (perhaps once) - am I being realistic?

I need to keep this on the low-down from my wife & kids as I dont want them to think Im some self-obsessed junkie (which I am of course when it comes to this).

Any useful advise will be greatly appreciated.

Gary - first and foremost welcome to the best forum on the net. IMO Take the time and review forum and I think you will find the information that you are looking for currently.

If you have only been training for the short time that you mention and already seeing great results, then why change anything? Remember this is a marathon and not a sprint. Rome wasn't built in a day my friend.

welcome to MC daddio! and yes you can and should see fantastic results with just one injection per week of either testosterone enanthate or cypionate. You also should NOT have any problem obtaining a legal script if you so choose to go this route.

If you liked winstrol and anavar at age 54 then you will absolutely love testosterone, as it will enhance your mood, well being, and rejuvenate you! No questions about it brutha, you are best suited for one shot per week of a long ester testosterone!
 
Agree strongly with presser test only you should.be able.to get a script and one time a week injections should do ya fine good luck keep us updated brother
 
Welcome to MuscleChemistry. Congratulations going from 19% bodyfat to 8% in 12 weeks. Testosterone cyponate or enathate only in your next cycle is the way to go. Let us know how you progress.
 
This forum has all the info you need. Cruise around and look for informational threads on steroids and anything regarding beginners. Everything you need is already here.

On a related note: at 8%bf you should definitely see abs. Perhaps your abs are too flat to show definition. I suggest doing weighted crunches and situps. Abs build size just like other muscles, in a low rep range. Doing 1000 crunches at a time won't make your abs look like cobble stones. Google can tell you more. Welcome to MC

The one issue I have found with dropping BF from 19% to 8% so quickly is that Ive also lost it in my face - its funny seeing people Ive not seen in a while and look at my face and ask if Im ok then look at my body shape and think "fuck yeah - you look great!"
I assume Test plus a shed load of extra calories will sort this out?

Not sure it'll make your face fuller but should make you grow like a weed
 
Welcome to the board. I'm also in the same age bracket but about a foot shorter.
I think this first phase was good that you didn't do much cardio. If you dropped 10% of BF
from nutrition and training that is great. If you had added a bunch of cardio you would have eaten
more muscle and thats no good.

You have to keep reading and be real about the changes you will make over time. At our age
adding lean mass is not a easy task period. The benifit I see you have is you have never done
a test cycle. You may very well just end up on HRT or TRT going forward. Then all you need to
do is your 200mg a week, Eat clean with a cheat meal blended in. Train using the compound
exercises. Bench, Squat, Pull, row. Heavy movements controlled.

I agree with the reply about abs. Train them hard tops twice a week. No more otherwise you are just playing.
After 20 minutes of intense ab training you wont want to be near a crunch for the next two days.

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much to learn. Dont jump in till you have a solid plan.

I agree with this... WHEN she finds out she will think you are addicted to drugs THEN wonder what else you've been hiding. All women are crazy in different ways but I think the safest plan is to be straight up with her to reduce the range of her imagination. My GF would decide that I want to be big and muscular to impress younger women and since I've been hiding my drug addiction, I've also been hiding all 15 of my side hoes. If you didn't hide anything then she may be more apt to take your word for it and not get crazy ideas. The kids: I'd probably leave them in the dark. They can have big mouths and if you have say... a teenage son, he may try to jump on the gear train too and fuck up his body because after all... dad did it and he's ok right?

Im trying to figure out the difference between Test C and Test E before I jump in but Im definitely going to try one or the other.
Also Ive read here that users inject in different places on the body (Pecs - Glutes - Thigh and even Biceps) - is this the case with Test also?

E and C are almost identical(Half-Life varies by a small amount). General consensus for spot treatment with test seems to be that it has no affect
 
Great work on the drop in BF%. Test E only cycle and big calories is definitely the way to go - weekly injections and huge gains for a new user. Keep in mind that you will retain water depending on your dose and ancillaries but this can actually be a good thing if you're trying to fill out your face! Definitely on the right track and doing your homework.
 
OP, congrats on the huge drop in body fat. As stated several time above, 200 mg of Test E or Test C once a week is all you need to make some great gains. Keep us posted brother.
 
Sounds like you have no problem in the motivation department. There's no way you're at 8% and can't see abs. I know skinny fuckers who have never done any exorcise that have abs cause they're under 10%. On the ab route, go high reps no weight. You don't want to build ab muscle - just develop it. I hate seeing young women doing side bends with 25lb plates. It's gonna widen them up lol. The best ab exercise I've found is lay on a bench with your ass right at the edge of the bench. Put one hand under your ass and do crunches with the opposite. So put your right hand, palm down, under your ass and with your legs hanging off, put your left hand behind your head and touch your left elbow to your right knee (crunches). Do 30 per side. You'll know you're doing something there. haha

How's it coming. Have you decided on what test your going to take?
 
OK - After doing some research Im going for a single 200mg shot of Test E a week and see how it goes.
Next job is to find a good quality source for this in the UK - its not something you can just pick up easily over here so might need to buy it in the States or somewhere and have it sent over.

Locked out of my account for unknown reasons do this is a temp account for Ashikabi(posted earlier in this thread). As far as I can tell, very little gear comes from the US, nearly all of it is from Europe. If you prowl around long enough you'll find a source. Just be patient, be active in the community and you'll find what you need. Btw 200mg test a week seems kinda low relative to all the beginner cycles I've seen suggested. Might consider doing a little more. That's just my opinion based on everything I've read
