Member Introduction

Just a short new member introduction... A while back, like 2005/2006, I was to be a member on MC (under a different name) as well as a forum called AnabolicFreakz, which I believe is no longer around. Back then, I had been training solidly for about 4 or 5 years and had run a couple of basic beginner cycles with solid results. Flash forward - life gets in the way, marriage, careers, etc, and I found myself out of shape and pretty much a beginner again in terms of strength and size gains. Now I'm back again, older and hopefully wiser - committed to hitting the iron and building back what I've lost. I remember learning tons from the MC community so I'm pumped that the forum is still around - I'm looking forward to getting involved again.
 
Thanks Iron-Game. Training is going good - I'm finding that my gains are not as slow to return as I expected, even with only sporadic training over the last few years.

its like riding a bike and muscle memory is a beautiful thing aint it!
 
Muscle memory really is amazing and good for the confidence. I'm really focused on higher frequency/low reps until my strength returns, then I'll to switch back to a more typical bodybuilding split.
