What do you listen to at the gym?

When I am at the gym, I want to listen to the hardest music I have to keep me in the zone.

FFDP, AC/DC, Metallica, Sabaton, Iron Maiden, Black Label Society, Ozzy, Disturbed, Avatar, A7X just to name a few.

Yes, I am a metal head. There may be snow on the roof, but there is still a fire down below!!:chinese:

when I want to get amp'd I go with Metallica's Death Magnetic, Minor Threat, or Rollins

Black Stone Cherry, Powerwolf, Hammerfall, Priest, Black Sabbath, shit I could go on for days.

usually house dance, tech type of shit, or heavy metal, although last workout I looped the video song we have posted here in NPC ifbb forums "Im a fucking Beast" looped it for about an hour straight lmao

The music snob in me will not let me listen to techno, rap or dance... as it is machine made and not music.

Gave all that up back in the day.... Hell Brother, I grew up in the late 70's and 80's.... we didn't need X.

Some one said the following abou their lead singer and I thought it was very funny "Kinda reminds me of a cross of Jesus and Kernel Sanders"!!

I am really digging their sound!!

My gym has techno shit i do not carry a phone so what thay play is what i got

I am same way. When in gym alone or at home I Bluetooth to portable speaker. I can't do workouts with phone or even earphones. I like to be aware of surroundings with all senses, and like my pockets empty, with nothing dangling. Besides those holders don't fit around my big guns. Lol!!! Nah, just bothers me breaks my focus.
