Hello all. I am new to the forum and just wanted to say hello. I am 32 years old and have been lifting off and on since I was 15. Been at it quite consistantly for about 3 years now. I'm 6' 205 lbs. nothing you'd notice in a shopping center. Thanks for the forum and the knowledge provided by all of you.
