igf-1 confusion

I have read alot of posts on the subject of igf-1 in the hopes that I would get a better understanding of what it is and how it works. By doing so I just got even more confused after reading all that s#&%. does anyone have a good link they can post on this. I would like to purchase from CS but cant do that until i know how the hell to use it. thanks
