ASPARTAME and other sweeteners

Okay, so this may not belong in this forum, but there is a lot of traffic here.

Everyone knows that aspartame is bad for us. What does everyone here use as a sweetner?

Stevia
Splenda
Equal
etc....

Stevia, when I can.

Equal contains aspartame / nutrasweet (and a little maltodextrin, I think).

Here's a cool link on splenda (sucrolose).. Check the 1st part on rationale for dose in animal testing:

Sh!t, I use splenda.......sounds like it may give me neurological problems.......like I need that like I need a hole in the head.

Man splenda gives me gas like crazy! My stomach blows up with in like 10 minutes

Splenda is great in the morn' cup of Joe. It really gets you going if you know what I mean!
