I had posted awhile back about how to keep down bloat and fullness feeling, so I started taking digestive enzymes and acidiphillus and it has helped alot. In fact even with high protein (350g per day) I seldom have any gas problems. Keeps the wife alot happier!

I am having the same issues. What enzyme are you using and at what dosage? Also, how much acidiphillus are you taking, I bought some yesterday but I am not sure how much to take.

The digestive enzymes are NOW brand called Super Enzymes, I take them 2-3 times a day. The Acidophilus is also NOW brand, potency is 8 billion, and I take once in the morning.

my wife and I have been taking them for heartburn..she says it helps her tremendously. I cant say the same.

I like using NOW products when I need specific vits/mins and things. They are reasonably priced and good quality.

I also have a gas problem, gonna try the Super Enzymes and acidophilus.

i take both those items, with no decrease in bloat or gas

hey

i discussed this a long while back!!! i put all people i prep on them whether ther bb or not! i also have ALL clients add a fibor supplement to the mix!

How much are you taking? I noticed more decrease when I used "super papaya plex" at the dosage of 2 chewables 4 times a day.

Certain foods will make you bloat more as well. The health food lady told me it depends on what enzyme is missing on flora liner.

I asked her if it could all be stripped away and she said I would be experiencing major problems if that was the case. She said medicine induced flora damage is usually lilited to certain enzymes on the flora liner.
