cycle comments please

looking to start a summer cycle to define what I have.

dont want to add alot.

Going to try equipoise since I dont like how hard deca shuts me down and tren seems to be as bad or worse- any comments on eq??
usually do deca - but been off for 8 months from deca and wife wants kids next year - so dont want to deca again in near future due to progesterone effects.
(yes i know most things will shut you down - looking for the lowest negative hpta response on the cycle)

going to run 300 test cyp and 300 eq per week

am in process of slimming out winter fat gains - currently on test 300 and winstrol 50 eod. for last 4 weeks - stopping win in week -

I like longer cycles - last one was 5 months - looking to go 5 or 6 on this one.

going to also run low arimidex dose during this one to shave estrogen down a little but not kill it and will run nolva also.

I dont want massive gains - just nice hard strength maybe 5 pounds - nothing dramatic.

I am 5'10 205 and about 13%bf -will get to 10% by summer with dieting and cardio.

this is my 4th cycle

thoughts on this cycle?

I think its a fine choice of compounds bro, but being ur 4th i would opt to take a higher dose, personaly, like say 500 and 500 of the eq and cyp, i also like the idea of running the anti-e throughout

EQ and test make a fine combination when you are planning to take it for a long duration. Throw some HCG in there during your cycle. Just to keep the balls at the right size.

Eq is fine,, winnie I like better for cutting, proviron and clomid work well to control estro issues and keep things up, if you know what I mean. Test cyp or enanthate are a toss up, alot of people claim sos250 to be better, I think once levels are up its a toss up myself,

I agree with this ... on both the dosage and estrogen control ... many overlook or underplay the importance of estrogen control while cutting ... even while on prop and tren, I can notice a difference in the speed of weight loss and the drier leaner look a good AI can make along with an anti-e ... estrogen is the enemy of fat loss ... just a thought ...

yea man good cycle but i would bump up you dose to 600mg.

how much arimidex and nolvadex?

I have seen many opinions on this.

is .25 eod arim and .5 eod nolva about right?

I tend to hold water and got gyno last 6 month cycle on 400 deca and 600 test

this cycle I will be runing 400 eq and 400 test.

I ahve never used either arimidex or nolva - especially during cycle.

only clomid in pct after i have been off 3 weeks.
