I'm confused can you help me?

I started out with the prop and then went to a deca 200 and tes 200 stack after that i took clomid. Three months later i did EQ and winny i took the eq between 4 and 600mg a week and 50mg of the winny eod. My last shot was about 3 and a half weeks ago. My weight stayed the same but i lost 4 % BF. Im at or around 10 now. I workout M-F 5 days straight and do cardio at 6:30 a.m. and workout again at 5 p.m. I do an isolation on each muscle per day. I asked about my diet earlier in one of my threads and i got alot of replies on eating all of my carbs before 3 o'clock p.m. Well on that diet sheet that i got it says to eat 42 grams of protein 7 grams of fat and 45 grams of carbs every meal. It totals out to be 257, 41, and 267 a day. Thats the cutting diet, i weigh 205. If it says to eat that every meal how am i suppose to eat all of my carbs before 3. I'm a little confused. If you can help me give me a reply. And also if it did matter when i ate my carbs would it matter when i'm doing a bulk stage where i up my calories?

P.S. I work seven days a week and only get between 5-7 hours a sleep. Do i need more? Should i ever watch my sodium intake?
 
bro just consume as many carbs as possible early on and not late at night or near bed time, thats all, not realy too much to it my man, When do you go to bed, 3pm might be a bit early, I know carb cravings suck monkey balls, so i wouldnt go too long without some carbs or I get an ammonia smell and taste gong on,lol, keto babay
