nolva and arimidex dosages??

5 mg of nolva and .25 mg of arimidex eod?

I am on light cycle of eq 400 and test cyp 400 for some small gains and too look good for summer.

just got my nolva and arimidex in - need to set dosage since I ahve not run either before. got gyno at end of 5 month cycle last time. 3 weeks into current cycle.
 
.25mg/day of Adex and 10mg/day of nolva to off set potentially lowered HDL values from the Adex as well as to get the positive estrogenic effects, in general, of nolva.
 
Leave the armidex, just 10 mg nolva a day.

I'm a big fan of having reasonable bp during a cycle, so Adex is a good choice. Also, the potential for estrogen rebound is high when ceasing nolva without an AI.

Yes. During at the dosages I mentioned above....during pct at the same Adex dosage but bumping nolva to 20mg/day. This is in addition to clomid pct.
 
Many opinions that have worked for different people....
I've cut the Nolva along time ago ( and it was a must for me ) and just stick with the Arimidex.
I still cant believe how good it has worked for me over the years.
 
update

I got gyno on only 200 mg of test starting out . eek - it was light but heh.

got on .25 arimidex and 10 nolva and it cleared up in 10 days. awesome stuff.

first time I have used it and it is working well.

Good to hear. many just think that anti e's are to prevent gyno...that's the wrong mentality. Even at .25mg/day of Ldex and 10mg/day of nolva your estrogen levels will be well above normal physiological levels. We want to control estrogen...not eliminate it. Elevated bp inhibits gains more so than the questionable "hindrance of gains" with nolva use.
 
are you guys referring to liquid research products or actuall pills. im wondering about the adex. I have a script for adex and was told to take .5mg every other day. would taking .25 ed be more beneficial?

With its half-life, it won't make much difference. EOD is fine. With liquid, it's just as easy to use ED doses.

although I just looked and it does not look like htey have arimidex listed anymore. what is up wiuth that??

I don't know what company ******** is, but most carry it. AKA anastrazole
