How is this Bulking Exercise and Diet

I am recently trying to bulk up I am 5'11 120 lbs
I am New to Bulking Heres my routine.... Is it good??????

Sleep 10:30-7:30

Breakfast-7:45
3 eggs
1 whey protein drink
1 yogurt
1 bottle of water

Meal 2-9:50
1 whey protein drink
1 bottle of water

Lunch-11:50
1 small steak
1 small salad
1 bottle of water

Durink Workout-2 or 3 bottles of water

Pre-Workout-1:00
1 Whey Protein Drink
1 bottle of water

Post-Workout-3:30
1 whey protein drink
1 bottle of water

Dinner-6:15
2 Small Steaks
Large Salad
Bananna
2 Bottles of water

Before Bed
1 Bottle of Water
1 whey protein drink



Working Out Routine

20 Min Cardio on Treadmill

5 sets 50 crunches

Chest- Bench Press- 2x10 1x8 2x6
Incline Pess- 2x10 1x8 2x6
Pushups- 2x30

Biceps- Barbell Curls-2x12 1x10 2x8
Preacher Curls-2x12 1x10 2x8
Dumbell Curls-2x15 1x10 2x8

Triceps-Tricep Dips-2x20 1x15

Forearms- Forearm Curls
1x15 2x10 2x8

Legs- Calf Raises 5x20
Squats- 2x10 2x8 1x 6
 
How is this then? This Really Really fills me up

2 Small Steaks
Large Salad
2 cups of vegetables
Bananna
2 Bottles of water

Before Bed
1 Bottle of Water
1 whey protein drink
1 yogurt

I added in a bowl of cereal, the turkey, the vegetables, and the yogurt

The problem is that you are low in the carbohydrates and the scheduling of the carbohydrates is wrong. Try to eat the carbs in the morning/beginning of the afternoon and right post workout. The more protien orientated meals should be eaten at the late afternoon and evening. Try to get most nutrients from straight foods. Only relying on protien drinks when you aren't able to down a meal.
I don't understamd your workout. You do those exercises every time? How often a week. Please clarify that.

Man you guys are nuts, that is ton of food, yea his carbs might be schedulaed wrong, but Gawd!! That is a lot of food for me!And in on IGF and my appitite is raging
