ideas for bad levels on blood test...

got my results back for my blood work...everything was great excpet my cholesterol , it was waaaay off..my good was 13 should be 40 and my bad was 200 and should be 120....i am only 3 weeks into a cycle and i am only doing 750 mgs test a week 300 mgs tren and ....my diet is pretty sound and i am not sure what i can do to get my numbers half way right...any ideas short of stopping my cycle ?

Again clean diet, lean meats such as Flank steaks, chicken breasts, fish, broiled is preferred.

Supplements to help, flax seed oil, omega 3 oil

add this too. its called liponol made by ziro pharmaceuticals
Great stuff I take 3 a day and never had any problems and tren will always raise you LDL (bad cholesterol) and it may be used with existing medications.
and like Thick said clean up your diet..
steam your veggies and bake meats or broil them.
watch other things like guacamole and olive oils.

AAS, in general, will raise LDL values. Like everyone said, clean diet is key. Nolva will hep raise HDL values, whereas AIs will lower HDL values. I'd always use an AI with nolva. Doing this, with Ldex at .25mg/day and nolva at 10-20mg/day, I can about guarantee you'll see HDL levels go back up. Lipitor is an option too, but make sure all else is in check (i.e. diet).

My cholesterol levels are high even before AAS. Fina raised it even higher.
Take it from someone who gets to talk to lots of people with high cholesterol. DIET WILL NOT CHANGE ANYTHING.
High cholesterol levels are caused by your bodies response to the cholesterol it produces in the same way that diabetes is caused by insulin sensitivity or lack thereof.
Most importantly, and very few people understand this, the cholesterol produced in your liver is NOT produced from dietary cholesterol. Your body produces cholesterol naturally because all of the sex hormones are made from cholesterol.
It will return to normal a few months after you quit the Fina. So, for now you can accept the fact that your cholesterol levels will raise every time you do a fina cycle, but will return slowly once you come off, or panic and never do fina.

BTW, my levels are about 240 naturally and over 300 while on fina.

wow thanks D.R....my doctor did tell me that my diet was very very good and that my levels are high because my body is over producing it ..he may want to put me on something since heart attacks are #1 killer in my family for men over the age of 30 and 80% of the men on both sides of my family die in their early to mid 40's...since i am 36 i watch this carefully..and since i have attaca cardia this is a lil concern but looking better is too...i wold to die looking good but i am doing something i love to do and would not be happy doing anyhting else...catch 22

Cholesterol may not be the "evil" than many proclaim.....

However homocysteine certainly is...and it is much better at predicting heart attacks and Cardio issues.

Just eat cheerios for breakfast--just kidding, but seriously--oatmeal or oat bran really does get rid of cholesterol. I'm not sure how much when you're talking about cooked oats or processed cereal, but I do know can get rid of a lot--IF you eat 'em raw (with milk and a little bit of sugar or add fruit and yogurt).

Ever since I was a little kid, my parents had us eat oatmeal like that (anyone ever heard of "German breakfast?"). Before I ever started seriously bodybuilding, I had a physical in which my cholesterol levels were also checked. I may have been about 17-18 years old, can't remember the exact age. My levels checked out to be 129 TOTAL cholesterol. My doctor asked me if I was a runner, to which I replied that I wasn't. I didn't really do anything extremely athletic at the time, and my family is not really the type to have a naturally low count. The doctor couldn't figure out why I had such low levels and even told me that I needed to bring those numbers up, lol!

So try it--eat oatmeal like that for 30 days (1/2 cup religiously every day--no slacking) and have your cholesterol levels checked and see if there is a difference.
