I've competed three times. And for the last two I changed from
hitting body parts 1x a wk. to 2x a wk. I started this about 6 weeks out. I'll be using prop/tren/win, T3, for the last six weeks also. I know some people say they dont change their split. Does this sound like a good plan. Does anyone else change it up?

mon-chest, calves, abs mon-chest,shoulders,tri's, calves
tues-legs tues- back,bi's
wed-back, abs wed-legs
thur-shoulders, calves thurs-repeat
fri-arms fri- " "
off- abs sat- " "
off sun-cardio all week
