Morning Workout Energy

I got up at 4am and did some warm up curls walked a few blocks and did some more curls, and then I get tired and have to take a nap after a few hours, all I had was coffee with ice cream and lots of sugar and 4 egg whites.
(500 test eth, 100 EQ and a couple of d-bols)

Any Ideas of what I could put into a shake to give me more energy without blowing my head off from high blood pressure, i.e. no ephedrine, ect.

Maybe some kind of carbs I could load into the blender with my shake?

Yes, oatmeal would work nicely.
I get up at 4:00am every morning to goto the gym and do cardio...
except I can't eat anything before hand. I drink some coffee, take my ECA and T3 and I am off.
 
i cant believe how u guys get up that early ... some tiems when i really have to do to my AM cardio before my working days ( 7:00am)

i get up at 5:30 am to do cardio, and thats just painful...

do u go to sleep at like 7pm?

so u do your workout in the morning? Only think i can possibly do in the morning is cardio...

over the years i have always tried to do my workout frst thing in the morning , like i read some pros do and say its best to do, but i found out that unless i have my workout after having 2 full meals I have a shity workout... no mather how much ephedrin and caffeen i pop... I just feel empty inside and cant lift...

Bull that is always my goal but right now, I am doing 2 a day splits- cardio in the morning, body part at night.
I go to work after my cardio- work till 5:30pm-6:00pm, then to the gym till 8:00pm(its crowded of course) and then home to fix food for tomorrow, then to bed around 10:00pm-11:00pm. Yes I know I don't get enough, sleep but I am used to that now...
 
I used to get up a 3am. The only thing that ever gave me energy at that time was ECY........never found anything as good.

bro if it was me i would get on some igf1 or gh and get some good sleep but i know alota other people are like u who sleep 5 hours and they do just fine...

Already used GH in the past- love the stuff and used it this year already as well, but I am planning a 6 month cycle on it after my the compet thing is over in September. Have to save my pennies up for that one. No trips to Disneyland :)

ya i hear u , gh /igf1 is very addictive im runnin my first gh cycle ( started 6 wks ago) and loving it... its just hard to stay off thi sstuff but they are so damn expensive... i love igf1 alot too, i am plannin on doin it again shortly while on gh...
 
Well I pimp so while I'm doing my mornining routine my bitches are just getting hiome with my money around 4am
