I got up at 4am and did some warm up curls walked a few blocks and did some more curls, and then I get tired and have to take a nap after a few hours, all I had was coffee with ice cream and lots of sugar and 4 egg whites.
(500 test eth, 100 EQ and a couple of d-bols)
Any Ideas of what I could put into a shake to give me more energy without blowing my head off from high blood pressure, i.e. no ephedrine, ect.
Maybe some kind of carbs I could load into the blender with my shake?
