What are you tryin to accomplish? Mass or cutter? How about your age and stats too. Why don't you post those and your questons in the discussion forum.

I am of course not the same dude. I am a Marine and am looking for a good way to drop weight and increase my PFT for promotion.
I will use anyway necessary either some roids or a good work out plan whatever please give me advice

whats your body fat now?? what is your experience with aas? and for better responses make your own thread...and run some searches...what does your current diet look like? what supps are you takin...
 
Please be careful with leaving you r e-mail out there llike that, it just invites trouble. Bump IP, start your own thread, you'll get plenty of suggestions.
 
Begginer, since you say it is your first cycle, I would assume you want to bulk up. You can't go wrong with test and deca. However, do a lot of research, and be sure you are ready and understand what you are doing before you start. Have your training routine, diet and suppliment programs in check, and be sure there will not be any "life" activities that will interfer with your training during cycle. Most importantly.. BE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THE RISKS INVOLVED. Using AAS is NOT an endevor to be taken lightly. You must be willing to except the consequences of your actions before you start using. THERE IS NO TURNING BACK if problems occur. So...make sure you are ready, then think about it for a few weeks. Then, if you still think you are ready...STOP, and think about it for a little while longer. The most important thing you can do right now is RESEARCH>>>>RESEARCH>>>>RESEARCH!

suggestions?

I'm looking for suggestions for starting a cycle. I've got a real small build. Cut but have a hard time putting on size.

What Napalm said, research and do more research, you have a couple years to do this as I don't recomend starting any androgenic compound for another 3yrs. I know thats not what you wanted to hear, but right now the best natural test of you like is in full swing.....eat like a f*cking horse and lift heavy, the gains will come. Make sure you ar getting 225-250 g protein a day. Try to balance out the meals like 40-40-20 pro carbs fats.
 
TimJ720, listen to Brew, he is right on. At 18 you do not want to start using AAS unless you are already huge, intend on going pro, and are willing to take the risk of cutting your life short to achieve these goals. At your age you should have enough testosterone flowing through your system to grow as long as you eat correctly, train properly, and get enough REST! Teenagers need a lot of rest to function properly, especially if they are an athlete, and even more if they wrestle, BBed or powerlift. Your body gets bigger and stronger during the recovery stage, when you are resting. I would suggest you spend a couple years researching and learning everything you can about diet and training and forget about AAS. In a couple years when you have a lot of training time under your belt, if you still think you want to go to the extreme of using AAS, spend six months to a year researching, and learn as much as you can. Then you can make an informed decision.

My advice for any newbie is to just sit back and research and learn about things.AAS is an art form to a point, and you need to know whats best for you.Take parts from all resourses and make desisions based on what you want, and what you learn.
And if you are too young, just read napalms post above.

A few more suggestions

If you can't gain now, then something is not working. Number one suspect is the diet. Alot of people find it hard to eat what they really need, vitamin b12 or a good B complex vitamin will increase hunger. If you want help in this area post what an avarage day is food wise so we can make suggestions. Second is your training program. Make sure you are switching things up about every two/ three months. Add new exercises or try other methods like drop sets, pre-exhasution,etc... Get these two down, and you'll see a difference
 
Tim, get your training and diet on point for the next couple of years. Do the research on your cycles, etc., and by the time you peak at 21, you will have a monster cycle. If you do make a decision to take the plunge after I reveiw your diet and trainign routine, I would be happy to help in anyway I can with cycles etc,.

USMCKiller - You have a very good base at your weight and height for the game. Alot of build of at that age. I wish I was half your size at that age. If you stay true to the game and the rules, you will be a MONSTER!!! Might even grow up to be like PRESSER one day...ha!Ha! I know it is hard but spend the next year until you are 21 to spend it researching your first cycle. Feel free to PM me or email concerning anything.
