my gym is having a little powerlifting meet in a couple weeks, and i usually im not into the powerlifitng scene at my gym, because it seems like a room divided between me and them, but id figure i would go ruin there friday night. its the total of your squat, bench and deadlift according to body weight and the wilkes formula or some shit. you have three attempts at each weight. a pretty nice amount of people show up and lift. im figuring on squatting 550 or so, benching 325 or so, and deadlifting around 550 or so. lifting will be raw so i dont really know how much that will effect me. so say 1425 or so, at 190 it should workout with the formula. lets see some totals if you were lifting.
