total night at the gym

my gym is having a little powerlifting meet in a couple weeks, and i usually im not into the powerlifitng scene at my gym, because it seems like a room divided between me and them, but id figure i would go ruin there friday night. its the total of your squat, bench and deadlift according to body weight and the wilkes formula or some shit. you have three attempts at each weight. a pretty nice amount of people show up and lift. im figuring on squatting 550 or so, benching 325 or so, and deadlifting around 550 or so. lifting will be raw so i dont really know how much that will effect me. so say 1425 or so, at 190 it should workout with the formula. lets see some totals if you were lifting.
 
yeah that sounds like it would be good considering ur body eight, as for me , my formula numbers would suck cuase of my weight

it would look like this
weight 265
bench 465lbs (No shirt) 495 with a shirt
Dead 650
squat 650

the squat and dead are round abouts, the bench is exact from my last meets yrs ago, prolly couldnt do it now though
 
total night was friday and i got third place according to the wilkes formula. i totalled 1460 and probably could of added a few more pounds to that but i was happy. i squatted 550 with wraps, benched 335 and deadlifted 575.

congratz brutha db! looking jacked as well, also is that your nut i see rolling across the floor behind you,lol
 
That was a fun night... Good job DB. You had some good lifts. You could have done more on some of those lifts. Keep in touch. Are you going to the show this weekend?
