Quest for the BEST cutting agent

When I finish my M1T cycle I am definitely going to be looking for something to help cut down with. Let me start be stating I used to weigh close to 225lbs. only 2 years ago. I lost almost 45lbs of pure fat off of lots of cardio, hydroxycut w/ephedra and lipo 6 w/ephedra.. God bless those two! Seems like the fat just melted off of me. Only problem is, Ive got a lot of loose skin on my sides, obliques, abs, middle and lower back. Though Im fairly firm in these areas I still have a lot of loose skin to melt away. Truth is the more abs and mid section work I do, the worst it gets, seems as if the harder it is underneath, the looser it is on top. What will eat this up? With the prhormone ban comming in effect soon I would like to know if there is a "winny like" prohormone out there worth looking into getting for the future before it is off stock. What are opinions on ECA + weight loss+ keeping gains. Im scared if I were to try to slim down and cut up a little my diet would cause me to loose mass that I have worked hard for, for the last 1.5years. Also, what would a "bulking diet" and the ECA stacks results be? LOL, all I know how to do is bulk, Ive never had the luxury of cutting, but after only day 9 on this M1T I KNOW Im going to need to cut. What do yall think?

I would say speedwork will help harden you up, cardio. High/ Low intervals as well as a good diet set up and followed exactly.

you might get some great results with Methyl-D...do a search on it, Presser wrote a really great review on it, the thread is titled:

good luck bro

Diet is not an issue, I am very dedicated to my diets. But what is "speedwork"? And how much cardio, 30mins 4x a week sound about right? How would I lift? Im currently doing about 15 sets of bench with an average of 2 reps, 4 sets of flyes, and 3 sets of cable x-overs. If I were trying to cut, what would I change? I use a 3-2-1 format with most workouts, of bigger muscles. 70% of my max 3 times, 80% 2 times, and 90% once, then move up 5 lbs. And start at 75% for 3 and so on, same with back and shoulders. Bis and tris I keep at about 6-10reps with a fairly similar % format. How would my lifting need to change? I know if I lifted as hard as I am now and tried to cut down, I would be WHIPPED, no energy.
