losing 2much muscle

I tried to cut down natural since my source got poped. I done a few bulkers and was up to 217lbs but alot of fat also. After my cycle I went natural for a while. I was about 195lbs about 3 weeks ago now. I am at 185 cause I been cutting down. I am 25yrs and 5' 11' stats chest 42' bis 16' abs 35' I got a new source and this is the cycle I am planning to run it will be a lean bulker.

1-8 400mgs deca
1-8 500mgs test e
4-8 50 mgs winny
1-2 4-8 clen up to 120mcgs
pct.

Should I use Mcs tomaxifen or famera throgh my whole cycle, which is better?

Here is my current diet

meal

1 can of tuna and 2 eggs

2 salad/fat free dressing with halibut

3 1/2 cup of 2% cottage cheese with slices of fruits

4 myoplex original shake

5 salad/fat free dressing with salmon

6 myoplex original shake

7 what ever I can eat that is healthy

8 myoplex orginal shake

I am also taking glutamine and multi vit/min pak a day

I have never cut b4 so I need all the help I can get. Just like everyone here my goal is to get ripped while keeping as much muscle. Please let me know what i have to change, thanks bros!!!;)
 
yeah, i would use MC's femera.

diet look good, maybe a bit more protien.

cardio???

also, i dont know if you've used deca before but you will probably bloat on it...so i would use the femera all the way through the cycle, or switch to something like test/winny/tren. also, if you are only going 8wks i would use prop. with a prop/winny/tren cycle its all short esters, no bloat, good clean lean gains...just a suggestion.
 
thanks for the reply flex, I don't want to use tren even though I will get better results, too many sides plus I'm noticing more hair falling out lately. I want to keep my cycles simple. As far as cardio goes, I am doing 30 minutes 3-4 x a week on an emty stomach. what else could I throw in there to up the protein??
 
chicken into your salads. maybe some lean ham and turkey, more tuna.
 
In my honest opinion you need more food in that diet....If youd like to bulk clean just serperate carbs and fats and take in carbs mourning and pre/post workout but still eat like a freak man and eat up those healthy fats.

FATS, YOU NEED FATS. EFA's will help keep your natty test levels up, keep cortisol levels down, and give ya energy and help cut your bf%. You need to add EFA's (borage oil, hemp oil, eveninn primrose oil, flax). Fats are a MUST when doeting down so that you dont get flat, drop too much weight, and also keeps you from always being hungry. I'n all honsety to it looks like your not getting enough so your body is canabalizing itslef and thats why your dropped way to fast
 
how much flax see oil or other oils do I need to be good? I am taking 2 table spoons of flax per day. What else fellas???
Oh and how much femera per day??
 
I would go with a mulit EFA like hemp oil so u dont get just one EFA in your body. You instead get many so it doesnt throw your body off. I'm glad to hear that your taking it, you never mentioned it in the post. I would upp it as you lower your carbs to help keep the weight up but lower the bf%
 
To give you an idea, i do weigh alot more than ya but when i cut i tend to take 6-7 tbsp of EFA's a day and also add MCT's to that. I want to make sure that even though i'm dropping BF% i'm holding onto my LBM as much as a I can. Usually when i'm cutting i am still getting the Kcal there just coming from different sources.
 
I just bought some safflower oil. it is 75% linoleic acid(omega6) and 13% Oleic acid (omega9) and ofcoarse I have the sunflower. How many tbsp should I take of each per day. Also this natural store has a machine that grindes organic peanuts for organic unsalted and unsweetened peanut butter should I start getting some of that also???
 
sorry bro but what are MCTs? Do you guys take the oils in a spoon or in your shakes?
 
Medium Chain Triglycerides,and they can be taken in shakes or you can shoot it with some water. Its taken with a spoon but YOU NEVER take alot of it b/c it will make you have explosive dirraeah (sp), stomch pain, and just feel like shit. I take it in tsp and never in tbsp
 
ok, so this is what I am taking, in the morning with a myoplex shake. I take 1tbs of saffseed oil, walnut oil, flax seed oil. and around 5-6pm I take 1tbs of flax and walnut oil. is this good enough. sorry bros but I am still very new to this stuff. As mentioned b4 I have always bulked.
