slow growth?

i'm doing second cycle , started 1 feb , 500 deca/wk, 750 test eth/wh, 1 nolva eod, only 2kg bodyweight increase, my current weight is 82 kg.
begun squat ad dead lift since 3 weeks.
is this reasonable, i'm eating as much as possible, added milk since 1 week feel more stronger, shout i add 3/4 egg day??

what is your current diet like? that is what will put size on more than gear. at 82kg i would try and be getting between 4000-4500 alories per day.
 
since 1 wk... at least 2 litres milk 0%fat/day,
2 main meals pasta 100gr + fish or meat 200gr, breakfast with protein shake 60 gr . at 11 pm protein shake 60 gr.
 
I am about the same size, and I am eating more than that - basically another shake and another meal. I am also trying to drink a gallon or so of skim milk a day (but I end up drinking a bit less). I also tend to avoid simle carbs and go for more veggies and fruit, but calories are calories. I should add that I am in week one, and am ramping up and will need to be putting down more than that.
 
don't know yet but feels great. Check out the forum "journals" section, I post everyday. My diet may be better for someone who's clean of AS. Not sure. You can decide for yourself.
 
to gain 1lb/week you need to be consuming about 3500kcal over your maintenance caloric needs. speard this out over 7 days and thats only an extra 500clas per day. there's no reason why this should not be possible.
 
thats very true. but when your bulking shouldnt be mental ,emotional ,physical tourcher. It should be an example with tact , spirit and comfort.
