Just wanted to say thanks to all the members of this site who offer such great information about bodybuilding. I have made many changes to my training and especially my diet in the past few months and the results are showing. It's great to have many others who share the same goals and interests as myself, gives me more motivation to accomplish my goals. I began training under DC style training which I had never heard about before. I now have the motivation to wake my ass up at 5:30am and get to the gym, and my diet although not perfect (but who cares, I'm a hardgainer) has gotten much better. No carbs after 6pm! Cut my alcohol consumption down from getting bombed every weekend to an average of about 5 drinks a month. In the past 2 months since making all these changes I'm up 4.5 lbs...seem thinner around the waist too....and hit 205 x 6 on the Incline today. Not bad for a natty...eh? LOL. Anyways, just wanted to share and say thanks to everyone here at MC!
