DNP and Clen

Anyone every run DNP at a low dose (say 200mg ed) along with some Clen and T3? I know T3 is important to include with DNP, but DNP can also leave you feeling wiped. I thought that a bit of Clen might be the ticket to pick things up a bit.

I have to take a few weeks off of lifting mid cycle (long story) and was considering trying to cut a bit. I have done T3 and Clen before, but was considering running a DNP cycle for two weeks. I have read up on this a bit, so I am aware of the problems with DNP and thus want to run things at low doses.

I notice so many people use T3 over T4, I personally love T4 because if focuses on brown adipose tissue whereas T3 will go after everything (including a large part of muscle). I would and have run T4, DNP and Clen with great results. Didn't lose much muscle, and looked great afterwards. I personally prefer to do 2 on 2 off

Just curious- why are you considering DNP? Don't know your history, but I think you could use T3/clen and lower BF% with cardio and diet changes(which you mentioned nothing about either).
DNP IMHO, is the extreme end of the spectrum and unless you are competing or need to lose a lot of BF, I would not put it in the mix.

TomSizeMore - I actually have pills that are essentially a mix of t3 and t4. So you had good results with the mix? Nice to read that.

MMX - I usually can do pretty well on keeping the diet under control. Right now, I can't actually do any exercixe (cardio or lifing) for a two weeks according to my Doc.

I am 5'8" and 191. Dunno my exact BF%, but I would guess something like 14% or so. So I don't really need to lose that much, though it is hard to keep off as my metobolism always bounces back as well

I realize that DNP is not a mild substance, but I think with a low dose, the sides would be OK and the risk modest. Other than eating more fruit and ratching back my overall intake of food, I don't think my diet is too far from what would be prudent with DNP (e.g. I get lotsa protein and basicaly no simple sugars and a reasonable amount of veggies).

just do your research about DNP..as it's not a mild substance...It's very potent...just my twoo cents

mmx2 can you comment on the t4 over t3 comment?

Yes I can...
Among bodybuilders, T3 is mostly used as fat-loss drug. High levels of T3 speed up the metabolism, allowing each bodybuilder to burn more calories and use calories more sufficiently. As a reminder, T3 should only be used by more experienced bbers as there is a possibility of permanently being on T3 due to prolonged use(or overuse). This is rare ( in my 20 years) but I have seen it only happen twice in people that I know.
Anecdotally, some bodybuilder use milder supplements like T4 to help ease a person into using of T3. I am a skeptic when it comes to this theory. T4 is similar to T3 except that its a weaker substitute. Users normally compensate with higher dosages and they end up down a similar road as using T3. As I stated above, T3 is not a supplement for beginners, but with adequate research, diet and cardio modifications , T3 could be the first thyoid compound used. I would also advise you watch for T3 feedback post T3 cycle. Some guys tend to put back BF easily afterwards, so you have to be aware of that and adapt accordingly....

I have never used dnp and clen together, but i have used dnp and t3 together and used them both separately and t3 and clen together, any questions lmk
