Im Going To Begin A Cycle Of Dianabol 5 Mg Tabs And Deca Qv 300. I Weigh 220 Lbs Im 6 Foot 3 I Have Used Deca Before As Well As A Few Other Products But Never D-bol. Any Recomendations As To Dosage Amounts And Diet Tips ? Should I Take An Antiestrogen As Well?

Ya 45mg of d-bol (220 divided by 25x5), and for the deca 600mg should be good, run this for 8 weeks with the d-bol stoppin at week 6. An aromatise inhibitor would be advised, 2.5mg of Femara daily should do it. This will cut down on bloat, prevent gyno and boost IGF-1 levels by 25% .

Well, i dont personally believe that femara will take care of progestone gyno. What r ur goals for what your doing, that will dictate what kind of diet will best help you achieve your goals. I would also run the deca for longer that 8 weeks since it will take 4 weeks to kick in and I would drop the orals after week 5.

I would personall run it like this:

wks 1-12 deca 600mg (def run a anti-PIG)
wks 1-12 .5mg e4d dostinex
wks 1-5 40mg Dbol

And I'm guess your trying to bulk, correct me if I'm wrong since I'm not sure. I would make sure your getting 2grams per lb of bodyweight in protein. As for the carbs, eat finerous one with the exception of PWO and PreWO. And I would suggest you create a carbcutoff time when you stop cinsuming carbs, something like 5PM would fine. And then after take in high protein meals with EFAs and veggies.

Dostinex is an anti progestrone. It is used to keep progestrone induce gyno from taking place as well as be used as treatment if someone has PIG (progestrone induced gyno). It is FDA approved and has been medically used now for some time with phenominal results so I suggest if you are goin to run deca at that high of an amount to run it with it. This will esnsurr you dont develop gyno from the deca.

Well, the dost will help with that since its considered better than cialis and viagra drew but thats a good point. You will get more outta the cycle if ya include an anabolic with the androgen.
