they are both suppose to help regulate your sugar levels to prevent insulin spikes. but i heard vanadyl will force more protein/sugar??? into the muscle and make them fuller its also suppose to give you great pumps at the gym and increase your vascularity? can anyone comment on this?

Vanadyl gave me the biggest headaches I ever had. Nasty shit! chromium is crap.

Get metformin - it will do everything and more and no sides.

I don't believe it would be a noticable difference bro. Try the metformin like Big A said or watching your diet would actually control insulin spikes. I don't see how something other than insulin controls glucose levels.

well its just that i feel like i have hit a wall. i dont wanna compete of be huge. i am more into the stripper/fitness model look if you know what i mean. my abs are what are killing me. you can see me but you can only notice them as soon as i work them out. and thats what i want them to look like all the time.

i dont think chromium has been proven to do a thing...garbage...vanadyl...they even make that anymore???? i heard that was proven to be junk too.

cyphon, how long have been taking it for and what results are you seing from it?

Ive been using it for a few years. It's touted as one of the more important longevity drugs. When used in conjuction with a low carb diet you can reach ketosis much easier.

I take it primarily to keep my blood sugar levels in check and to help avoid adult onset diabetes.

It helps me keep my weight in check as well when my diet isnt perfect. It;s no miracle drug but when compared to chromium and vanadyl metformin is king.

Chromium does practically nothing for normal individuals. Unless you have type 1 or 2 diabetes or some kind of abnormality in your insulin production, chromium isn't going to do much for you. The studies I saw a long time ago in college showed that it normalized insulin curves for those types of individuals with some decrease in the amount of insulin they had to take. I personally have had some experience with this since I get exercise-induced hypoglycemia if I am not careful with my workouts. It used to happen all the time in college until I started using chromium picolinate. I'm to the point now (thankfully) that I no longer have to rely on it as I have my diet down a lot better. (My mother was recently diagnosed as type 2 diabetic which means if I'm not careful, I could end up the same way, thus the diet change.)

wow.. i've honestly gotta say... you learn something new every day... when i was back in my younger stages of educational levels.. i swore by DHEA, Chromium picolinate, and Vanadyl Sulfate.. it worked wonders for me, and did give me huge pumps...

that part i remember, but i never remembered the headaches... the combination of effects i recieved from these way back when were awesome and were some of the reasons that i looked into certain types of anabolic combounds and based different regiments from different profiles and research results...... i've never tried metformin and now i want to do some research on it..

is it still extremely helpful when it comes to sugar regulation in the blood stream? ... any other info would be great.. i plan on searching of course.. but I'm pretty surprised at how much bad 'press' people have against products i used to love to combine for certain results I would achieve pre-AAS knowledge..

also... how is taking something like metformin in combination with say T3 or GH .. (i don't know enough about metformin to know if these questions are even valid of if there would be some sort of synergistic effect or not).... so i'm asking completely blind here... but...
