Need Help With Types of Training/Muscle
This is more asking for info then giving
From what i know u can train for strength, size, or endurance
I, like most of the people here dont care about endurenace so skip that
Strength = the density or amount of fast twitch muscle fibers
and to increase in that, you need to train with weights allowing only 4-6 reps
id like to know how many sets would u do for that
Size = involves hypertrophy, or increaseing the size of the muscle cells themselves, rather then amount or density,
to improve that use weights allowing only 8-10 reps (ive seen up to 15 in so called high volume training)
id also like to kno how many sets you for that kind of training
when i say sets i know there are differant muscles and excersizes but i mean in general
what im aiming for is for people to post their opinions if any of what ive just said is true, false, or just to simply add more of what they know
