just want to know if anyone else is a powerlifter here and whta kind of training you currently are doing. I just started to get into it about two weeks ago when i decided i wanted to break all of my school records, hopefully this upcoming march when the meet is, but if not the following march.
Current Lifts are:
Bench-335
Squat-415
Deadlift-405
Im hoping to get these #s to at least these
Bench-455
Squat-600
Dead-585
Any suggestions or routines that have worked for you are GREATLY welcomed. :thumbsup:
