Great news I have kept in touch for awhile with two great people in the sport. Dave Palumbo and Colette Nelson. They are truly open and honest people and give it to you straight. I am sitting down with dave and colette this sunday to enhance my future in this sport. Be ready for shocking results in months to come. Game on!!! I sat down this morning with bodybuilding great Dave Palumbo and the diet is right on. Stay tuned for a big change in how my physique will look in the next 20 weeks.

Fully bro I am right on now. went from 210 this week to 218 doing 750 of test blend and 600 deca along with diet. Waist getting smaller the whole time. 8 lbs in a week with no increase in waist.
