Whats up guys, i sent a few members a pm with the following message in it, i was seeing if i could get some opinions on what yall think i should do..


Whats up bro, i have my first comp. july 14th, and im trying to set up an exact schudle of when im suppose to do what. Started bulking cycle January 1st ending it March 26th=12weeks Andropen 600mg's a week.. I figured i could take 7 weeks off, then run my contest prep cycle for 8 weeks...but im not sure. Should i take 8 weeks off then 7 weeks on for contest, or 6 weeks off and 9 weeks for contest cycle? I want to run EQ,prop,winny, and add masteron in about a month out....I know the EQ would be pretty much pointless to use for 8 weeks, so should i start the EQ up early, or not even run it? And if i do run it, do i use it up until the comp. or cut it off early b/c of water retention? Shoot me back a pm and let me know what ya think i should do. Thanks a lot bro.
By the way, i start my contest diet 12 weeks out if that helps you figure out a plan in any way.
 
It helps to know where you are at stats-wise.
What did you do with diet in the offseason?
Everyone works differently and based on where you are, 12 weeks for diet may not be the right number for you.
 
Diet was around 350grams of carbs, 300grams of protien, 4000calories. I manager to stay pretty lean in the winter, im around 171 right now, and the andropen is def. starting to kick in, it took awhile to start gaining the weight, but i def. feel it coming on at this point. I figured ide try to get up to 178-180, and then drop back down to 154.25 to make lightweights.
 
I don't think the EQ would be a waste but if it cause you waster retention then I definitely would not use it. Water retention is a BBer's worst enemy on stage. If you can get it tren would be a great addition for this cycle. Also masterone is a great precontest drug so I would definetly use it.

Diet is your most important factor in your contest prep, which you probably already know. I am headed to the gym right now and don't have time to get into a specific diet for you. Maybe you could propose a diet plan and then we could evaluate it.
 
Well right now im still on my bulking diet, until april 21st, 12 weeks out. Im just straiting up my cycle right now. Ive got someone workin with me as far as diet goes. But if anyone has any good ides of how to set up a cycle then chime in, thanks guys
 
Ive already got my diet. Im trying to get cycle advice...i have already checked out your site, lookin good..
