Overtraining

What Up Fellas, alright so overtraining. I need the negative and positive effects if any positive. How it affects strength, definition, conditioning, the works and why it's so bad. I'm pretty sure I"m a victim of it, thx fellas
 
because ur muscles are in a contant state of breakdown and never given the chance to grow from the downtime
 
not that I know of...unless you are getting to much sleep at night, feeling to good, or making gains to fast and you want to stop all of these then there's not really an upside to overtraining. But maybe someone knows something that I don't. If so please share...
