Either way these are the events...I'll be in the 200lb class..
1)Log Incline Press for repetitions, 175 or 220lb log.
2)Axle Press (3 inch bar) clean and press for reps (230lbs)
3)Farmers Walk (200lbs in each hand), walk for 100' holding the weight in each hand, no straps, fastest time wins.
4)Atlas stones, 5 stones lifted onto a 5 foot platform, 200-280lb stones.
5) Deadlift for reps (520lbs)
6) Medley- 200lb stone carried 50' drop, pick up 250lb water filled keg, carry 50', 450-500lb tire flip for 50' all in a row, no rest, fastest time wins.
7)Yoke (500lbs) Similar to a squat bar, half squat the weight and walk/run with the weight for 1-200'
