Oil following you out?

I'm sure I'm not the only one here. Sometimes when you inject, some oil seeps-out, sometimes with a little blood, sometimes without.

I've tried the "keep the pin in for an extra 30 seconds" trick, but it doesn't seem to help.

It's odd, I'd say one of three injects will have oil trail out post inject, sometimes a lot. Enough to need more than one alc wipe to clean it up.

My only conclusion is perhaps the muscle is slightly flexed at some point, or perhaps it has something to do with scar tissue?

The pin size doesn't matter, happens with 22g, 23g, and 25's. Also, it happens with any kind of oil, thin and thick.

Any input or ideas?

yes-I've never had this happen myself. I use 1 1/2 inch pins and I usually go down to the skin or very close...even in my delts. This would be my recommendation to you...longer pins.

it happens to me I'd say 1 out of 5 times. I think it might have something to do with putting weight on the muscle or flexing slightly like you mentioned. I don't think needle size has anything to do with personally. Leaving the needle in a little longer has been my way to combat it as well. Keep trying that and the other thing you can do is slide the skin over a little before you inject, in other wordspull the skin in one direction before you slide the pin in and then when you pull the pin out the skin slides back into it's natural position so the hole in your skin and the hole in the tissue underneath will no longer align perfectly helping keep the oil in.

Happens to me, too. I'd say that it is due to scar tissue. When I inject in a spot that hasn't been used, nothing comes out. Mikeswift makes a good point. That technique is call the "Z-injection" technique, and it does work. Sort of hard to do with one hand so I haven't really worried about it.

had this happen tonight and the last time so thats two times ina row. Once in my quad and once in my ventro pisses me off cant tell how much comes out i wanted to throw another half a cc somehwer else but ill be pinning again thursday so i figured enough stayed in to tied me over till then.

try the Z technique Saudades and I described above it really helps a lot, I'll see if I can find a pic or article about it...

nice yeah i thought about that but its gonna be hard to do if i hit delts etc. well prob not possible but ill try it in my quad thursday see how it goes.

I think im gonna try it that way next cycle

I learned something new by reading the instructions in the pdf. (I already knew about the Z technique.)

They talk about adding air to the syringe and switching needles. So far normal. But then they inject using the air to purge the needle. Also by not removing the air from the needle no aas gets coated on the outside of the needle. The air also lessens the chance of leakage after the injection.

Of course your pin would need to be vertical or semi vertical to work using this technique. (using air)

humm that interesting never heard of that i heard that about igf inj. So you get all of that small amount out but never oil related.

yeah I always use air when injecting a certain peptide I've grown found of, a lot of guys mix it with BW but personally I don't bother anymore
