Cycle question

Whats up guys, i am a huge fan of this forum, i have learned shitloads here, but i have a question. Before entering this forum i had no idea about the level of stress placed on a testosterone base for any cycle. I was uneducated in the field and was always under the assumption that roids were roids and you picked the one that fitted your needs, it wasnt until this forum and lots of research that i learned the importance of a test base. Heres where the problems for me started, i bought anabolics 2007, i have been reading it over and over, now this is a newly revivsed edition, by a man i trust knows his shit, and he still says a Deca D-bol cycle is a great begginer cycle, he states that those who do not respond well to, or are afraid of the side affects of high androgenic steroids may wish to run a cycle of deca instead of test.I understand what can, and most likely will happen if you do so, sex drive down the shitter, depression, lack of motivation etc, all syptoms of have no circulating testosterone and not enough androgenic activity, But the author advises that if someone doesnt want to run the risk of androgeic sides associated with test, even with the use of dht inhibitors, that you can very succesfully run a deca cycle with a low dose weekly shot of test at a replaceent level, depending on your own test production, how do you guys feel about this. Is he stupid for saying that. I have noticed that the only place i see the high stress on test bases is on forums, but any literature i read on steroid profile pages, books, and sample cycles found on the internet, there doesnt see to be that level of stress on test. ANy feedback would bea ppreciated, (BTW, this is not an anti test thread i fuckin love test, i did test e and eq as my first cycle) Any info though w0ould be great thanks guys,

deca and dbol cycles are considered old and outdated by most. Im unfamiliar with the book....does it also advocated pyramiding? How about PCT?

Hes real serois aout PCT, he is a real strong advocator of always using HCG and encourages using both nolva and clomid, because he sais Anti Estro like nolva only increase LH production, but do nothing for testicular sesnitivity, and that even if your LH production is trough the roof your nuts have been desensitized from the atrophy and is why HCG should alwas be used, but he said his is much more technical terms, ill double check the literature though.

I really appreciate the feedback body, thanks alot, i never planned on running just deca, but hair thinning was kinda evident when i ran test at 500 g with Eq at 400, so i wanted to run deca at about 300-400 g a week, with anything fro 100-200 g a week of test to keep androgenic sides down, and possibly front load with D-bol, i was gonna run test E again cause i figured that the d-bol in the front of the cycle would keep androgenic activity up keepin libido and shit in check, then when i came off the dbol, the test woudl be kickin in, what do you think? i was gonna run letro at about .25 a day, and PCt with HCG starting last shot, then nolva 2 weeks after last deca injection, i know nolva can aggravate progesterone gyno if used with deca, but i was wondering if 2 weeks was long enough to start nolva after deca thanks again for the replie an, i appreciate it.

Thanks brotha, yeah i used nizoral shapoo and topical spiro, but still felt some minor thinning, thanks for the info an, i appreciate all the help

One thing you should remember with hair loss is that dHT inhibitors will only work with test and derivatives and does not work again hair loss caused by deca. Some users experience hair loss with deca through a different route--can't remember exactly, but I know the info is on the forum somewhere.

Well deca converts to dihydronandrolone instead of DHT which is alot less harsh at aggravating androgenic sides like hairloss, but still has a small amount of effect. So i would imagine it can cause a degree of hairloss, but nothing close to that of Dht, atleast thats what i read. I appreciate all the posts guys, thanks for all the info.
