Favorite cardio routine?

What is everyone's favorite cardio routine. I have to admit that I don't do a lot of cardio though I probably should at my age. Maybe I'll find something that works well for me. I sort of like elliptical machines pedaling backwards--that burns like hell!
 
I've got into the habit of doing 45 mins of incline walking everyday. I'm starting to wonder if my body is getting accustomed to it and it's losing its effectiveness. Nonetheless, I still do it hoping it's working for me.
 
your body will adapt, your heart and lungs will become accustomed to it and you'll still be getting cardiovascular fitness from it but you will not lose bodyfat nor will your cardio improve above the current level if you continue doing the same thing.
 
right now. 10 minute run on the tread mill before workouts (5 days per week.)

Sometimes after my leg routine this is a bitch and ill skip it.
 
What is this "cardio" stuff is it a new supplement or AAS? I will have to get some. please pm me if annyone has a good connection.
