Drinking a lot of water will dilute the sample, but I think it raises a red flag and you mightl be tested again. Also, you know that line they tell you not to go over? It's so they could get only the first part of your piss (the dirtiest). So make sure you piss into the toilet first, until you're almost done, then fill up to the line with the last part of your piss. Are you sure they're testing for AAS? AAS has to be command directed, not just some random piss test.

Dilution is likely your only hope. Go to a headshop and buy one of those detox drinks for 20 bux and take it the day of the test. Read the instructions and follow them exactly. The concept is to dilute you and then mask the dilution from eyes and a test.
Those drinks contain large amounts of creatine and b vitamins.
It is the the large and frequent water they make you drink that dilutes your sample, and then the creatine and b vitamins to hide that fact. The b vitamins are for visual inspection causing yellow piss color even though you just pounded water for hours.
And the creatine is to mask your dilution from an actual dilution test. They measure Creatinine levels. If your creatinine levels are low they will call you up and tell you your sample was diluted "you wanted to get there and pee on time and you drank too much" and they will want a retest.
If you dont drink enough water with your detox drink they will tell you there was too much creatinine in your piss and ask you stop taking creatine and to retest. You have to fall in a "normal" range and that is what those drinks are supposed to do assuming you follow exactly what they tell you to do.
Do not use any "adulterant" Do not use anything you have to put in your urine sample, this can be caught and the military is going to watch you piss anyways.
there is a device with a prosthetic cock called the whizzinator for people on probation and military where they watch you piss. You may want to order it overnight with a few packs of synthetic urine and practice whipping out your plastic schlong.

something else you might want to consider to help your cause bro is to drop your bodyfat as low as you can as fast as you can. the less bodyfat you have and the more you can speed up your metabolism is the only way to get the nandrolone out of your system... when was your last shot? This method won't make a huge difference but if it will help lower the detection time because the less fat you have the less long term storage that occurs

I know what you mean, but when I had a DT for a certain gov position, there were very strict instructions not to urinate in the toilet and not to flush the toilet after it was collected. Any piss in the water would cause it to change color. They wanted to be absolutely sure that all piss was captured from the beginning. Failure to comply was an auto DT failure. All I am saying, is that this procedure can and does happen in certain places. Thus, capturing "mid-stream" will not be an option in some situations. Hopefully, NAIR will be subjected to a test with less restrictions.
