Seems like lately all I want to do is sleep. I'm not sure if it is from the peptides or if I'm just really tired. Don't really want to use caffeine, but I may have to.
Maybe try a good vitamin b complex. that seems to help me out sometimes. Plus, instead of the normal recomended 8 chours sleep cycle, try and get 9 or 10 hours in. Recent studies have shown that the average male today is not getting enough rest with just the conventional 8 hours.
8 hours, I'm lucky to get 5-6 straight (sometimes 1/2 hr nap) - I love caffene. Dont
really have any other vices and caffene dont get me in trouble (like some other

at the time all I wanted to do was sleep-even when I was w/ my old lady, instead of sex i just wanted to eat and then sleep
literally that's all I did was eat, sleep and lift
think all the food did something to spike my insulin levels???
I'm only on test right now, HRT + a little extra. I have been using b12 tablets, but may just have to go get some injectable. Funny how you describe it, dorian, that is how I feel in a way. I just want to go train, eat, and then sleep.
yea, I agree, 8 hours is a once a week thing for me.
If i want 8 hours everynight, somethings gotta give - work, school, eating, training, cooking or studying. That right there takes up over 16hrs a day for me.
