I've had horrible pain...I mean absolutely excruciating pain and swelling in my balls. I thought I sprung up with a case of testicular cancer over night. lol. One was three times the size of the other. lol. It was scary. The doctor's never did find out what the exact cause was. They think it was either what body2see said or maybe a hernia. Most of the swelling and pain went away by the time I went to the doctors office. I guess I'll never know. I believe I was also coming off a cycle. Either way get it checked out by a doctor.
