Hey guys---just want to hear responses on everyone's training schedules. I train 5 days a week with 2 breaks during the week and do cardio for four. I do one body part a day. Legs I always do in the beginning of the week as I am dead by friday

With this format, I have maintained a solid 10lbs more of muscle at all given times, the less I workout, the bigger and stronger I get...go figure.

i never broke 200lbs until I started working out less myself. 3 days a week (weights) max. sometimes two.

Hey guys thanks for the input. I have one at home just like you Body2See. My husband does what you do and he got bigger and stronger now his shirt sleeves are tight and so are his shirts. I think I do overtrain so instead of trying to hit every bodypart once a week I am going to back off to feel better instead of so drained:) .

I usually feel my body out, I used to go 5 days per week, no matter what, but I find better gains by feeling out my soreness, taking days off all the time, and really healing more, and less overtraining. With this format, I have maintained a solid 10lbs more of muscle at all given times, the less I workout, the bigger and stronger I get...go figure.

Same way, I don't even know what groups I'll be working untill I arrive. I usually hit the heavy lifts on days I feel strong. I always workout very very early in the morning though and take a nap after I get home and eat. Usually I can be done in about 45 minutes, 3-4days a week off supps and about an hour 4-5days when I'm on supps. But I don't cardio.

well i usualy do 2 on 1off 2 on 2off split wensday and sat sun are my offs but now with the heat 99 degress today i go when i can

im still trying to burn body fat. so right now im attempting cardio every day for atleast 30 minutes. I hit each body part about once a week right now. Generally hitting 3 body parts each day. So i only have to actually lift 3 days a week.

So far, took off 30lbs without loosing much muscle.

Mon. - Chest (Presses) & Tri's
Tues. - Back & Bi's
Weds. - Quads
Thurs. - Delts & Chest (Flys)
Fri. - Hams & Calves

I do some incline walking every night (except Weds. and Fri.) for 45 mins. On Sat. I work abs a bit before cardio. Been trying to bring my chest and quads up and they've definitely shown some improvement.
