agreed you'll def. need a chest freezer. Best way to go about it is to go to an auction and start meeting people. You'll need someone to transport the bull to be cut and packaged. You can do it yourself but it would be much more realistic to go to a butcher. You can prep the bull with a big tree limb, a baseball, a come-a-long chain, step ladder, rope and a 4 wheel drive. Finding a butcher is easy, most local grocery stores will actually do it after you prep it. After all is said and done you should have about $2.00 a pound in very high quality beef, but be prepared to take on around 500-800lbs. Its best to get others to split costs with you. From experience though I can tell you the beef obtained this way has a completely different taste, color, and texture than what you used to. Its very addictive. Most farmers have alot put away and will sell you some if you get to know them a little bit. Peace
