It's been about 5 weeks since I started my first cycle.
My starting stats were 6'4 190lbs, tall guy with a gut sort of build.
Never been over 195lb in my life with many hundreds of dollars donated to supplement shops.
I started with sust 250 once a week for the first 4 weeks and now I'm the same every 5 days for a couple of weeks. I am proud to say I hit 207lbs last night.
The eating has been full on, but loving the gains. Last night I had my first lot of Deca, I went with 1.5ml and am planning on doing that every 5 days with my Sust for the next two weeks. After the two weeks I'm was going to go back to weekly for the last 4 weeks of 1.5ml deca and the sust250.
I've been taking pics and a weekly video from that start, I cant really see much in the photo's myself but this Sunday is the half way mark so I'm taking measurements. I've been getting some comments which is always good.
Any advise or comments would be appreciated.
